This item is great if you are looking for a small gem that sits flush. I purchased these for my lobe piercings and they are very secure. I also love that they can be turned around for two looks in one. The only complaint is that the gem sits low in the setting. I am very happy with this earring as an everyday item. They are very comfortable and easy to get in and out.
