This is by far the BEST resistance band we have ever purchased. We have the traditional resistance bands but these are so much better. There are loops on every number so you can put ankles and hands through loops for added security. You can also completely change the resistance and the use simply by using different loops. My daughter loves this band and will stretch without complaining with her new band.
