Professional Balance Board

I got a large and love it. My entire family uses it. Im going to buy the XL next so the guys in my family can squat on it. I was originally going to put it in our workout room, but opted to keep it in the main family room so everyone can have access to it and a sofa ledge for catching themself if necessary. It is great quality and 5 stars for packaging and speedy delivery!

This balance board is great. I use it as part of my at-home physical therapy routine. Good size, comfortably fits my size 9 shoes.

This is a great way to strengthen the muscles around your knee, your hamstring, and core. I bought this after using it at physical therapy. This is actually a way nicer piece of equipment than the therapist had. It's NOT cheaply made
