Service was excellent the gentleman on the other line when I called to find out what I needed was very knowledgeable and very accommodating and I couldn’t believe how fast the order came in. I have done business with this company several times never disappointed.

Phoned in several times for advice/guidance from Customer Service number on website - the gentleman was hard to understand because of accent and seemed exasperated and impatient on some calls (‘Didn’t you call earlier? Why don’t you have the model number of the electronic device you’re wanting this for?’) On other calls, he was kind and helpful. Overall he did help but I was very close to going elsewhere because of his brusque manner of talking to me. But we got past the issues and I’m very satisfied with the device.
