I purchased four of 200W transformers to take with me abroad. Before the purchase, I indicated to ACUPWR that I had to get them before a specific time otherwise I would have had to leave them behind--this was the condition of purchasing. ACUWR expedited delivery at their on expense --as they promised. They kept their word. Few companies do that these days. This to me was more that 5 star service!
