The meals were good. The eggplant dish needed texture. I was worried about eating the salads because of the lettuce recalls. I did not eat that. I would probably order again. The box was well packed. I was missing the detox tea packets, disappointing, but not a huge deal.

So far this has been really creative, and fresh, and delicious. Have a tried quite a few meal delivery services and they are always strongly mediocre. Here the flavors are actually good and feel chef driven. And the recipes are interesting. It's a lot of food and I have fallen behind schedule in eating everything on "the schedule," and still nothing has gone bad which speaks to the freshness of the ingredients. I also appreciate not having to choose the meals. Please don't change!

Signature Nutrition 3-Day Meal Program

I’ve been receiving the 3-day program for a few weeks now. I started with breakfast and lunch. Breakfast’s are AMAZING 🤩! The parfait’s are beautifully curated blends of ingredients I would never have thought to pair together and are delicious! I struggle with lunch as I’ve never been big on salads and that is the focus of lunch. I appreciate the completeness and convenience, but am never able to eat more than half and feel guilty throwing the balance in the trash at work. This week I’m trying dinner instead and will provide a follow up review after a few weeks with those.
