Great Customer Service
For the ladies with broader shoulders I would suggest getting a size up. Less of a fitting leather jacket and more of a wearing a sweater underneath jacket as the waist area has a lot of space for extra clothing. Would also recommend getting it washed as the smell is a little bit overbearing. Giving five stars because the customer service is immaculate and feel assured that if any problems come up in future purchases it'll be dealt with swiftly.
