The Armada Duffle (Tan)

This was not what I Expected. It looks like cheap vinyl leather. It did not match the description. I am submitting a request for a refund.

unclear monogramming instructions

I have monogrammed items at other stores where the order of the initials is first, last and middle but that was not how this company does it. Now the two duffels I bought a bride and groom have the wrong initial format. I was embarassed when they called to tell me when they were delivered

Overnight bag

I have not used the bag. It is a gift but the size of it is perfect and it looks very well made. As of now, happy with the purchase.
