Everything about the bag is great. I did my research to buy what was going to be suitable for me and fits the requirement and the specifications. So in that sense i do love the bag. However, the bag did arrive on time but the spring on one of the pull tab zipper is broken. Therefore i am opening and closing the bag without one proper functionating pull tab which is super frustrating. Especially the fact that it is a brand new bag. I have emailed maverick & co twice to address this problem. They have been non respondant. I will most likely have to get this chased up under CPR’s in the two weeks.
