Easy DIY Custom Moulded Ear Plugs
In brief: Very happy with my set that I made. I also have enough leftover to make another set. My ears are medium/large (closer to large). Wind noise is considerably reduced and comfortable in the ear to wear. Surprisingly they do tend to want to escape when I put on my helmet and I wear a neck or balaclava over my ears to stop that. Longer review: I ensured I prepared well with my space to be able to mix and get them in my ears quickly as some have stated they set too fast. They set quickly but as long as you mix the two parts and then place them in your ears within 1 minute or so. I didn't time it exactly I just ensured the colours had mixed entirely throughout. When pushing into your ear spend the time to flatten out the mixture and have your mouth open slightly to open your ear canal just that little bit more to ensure a snug fit. I split the two parts by separating into 4 and weighing each individual piece. My comparison is against Alpine motosafe both the tour and race and these are definitely quieter. They seal well in the ear and are great for longer rides and reducing the fatigue from the wind noise. Definitely would buy again. Most useful for those commuting on motorways at 100km/hr+ for 20 minutes or more. I would say too quiet for around town riding.

Earjobs™ DIY Custom Moulded Ear Plugs
Thes are a little tricky to get it right. Be sure to press it into your ears quite snugly when doing the mold. We only did a light press and the final plug didn't seal properly.

Custom made earplugs
Easy to make, But would like them to not be so quick to set….i had to shave some off so they don’t stick out.
