Brilliant

I have been taking MSM for a few months now, I originally started taking it for joint health (it works!) but it turns out that taken with Silica (from BS) Collagen (from BS) and vitamin C (yes, from BS too) it has helped with the hair shedding I was suffering from for over a year. Hair shedding was due to trauma and it is true I am recovering from that anyway so I can’t 100% say the shedding has reduced because of MSM but my hair is much stronger and healthier now and I am positive it’s due to the MSM/Collagen/Silica stack. Highly recommend all of these, they’ve worked for me.
