I have no idea who this guy Chris is he could be an AI bot for all I know but what I do know is that I have been using vitamins and minerals supplements for 50 years since way back and I always look at the ingredients and I'm always prepared to pay more for the best as far as I am concerned this company gives superb service and quality of goods are amazing. So I get people I know come up to me and tell me they taking e.g magnesium magnesium and they show me the packet and I point out just how little magnesium there is and how much of everything else they can't even spell is in there. It is somewhat natural in the era we live in that any company that is successful and honest will take a beating in the Press and with some users. I would suggest any negative reviews on here are a at minimal and are corrected by the company or they are not true and having been in business myself for many years I do know that there are a lot of unreasonable people in this world so make of this what you will but this is a sterling company and I don't believe you will find better. I present use only their products and have around 20 of them that I take daily and I am really old and they are definitely working for me. So much so, that I take no medicine's by prescription whatsoever.

B12 supplements
