Clean Genuine Creatine Monohydrate, 1,186mg per serving

Love the concept just wish the doseage was better

Love the concept of British Supplements and I’m buying a number of vitamins etc from you BUT creatine needs to be taken at 3000 - 5000mg per day to have an impact and your 2 tablets are only 1186mg. So it’s hard to judge the product. I tried contacting customer service about a strong doseage but the answer was a generic ‘thank you for your comment’. Such a shame as I’m really happy with the other products but taking 5 plus of these a day makes them very expensive.
