I started taking this because its recommended for women past menopause by Mindy Pelz, for both muscle and brain fog. I wanted clean creatine, not stuff with fillers. I haven't been taking it long but can already feel the difference, in that I feel sharper. Also I can see my muscles in my arms are more defined. I suspect that because it's clean, you need less. Very impressed.

I take a few BS supplements, Mega Mag, Turmeric, Vit D3+K2. I also take Creatine Monohydrate before exercise. The other supplements I take every day and don't feel any immediate effect but with the Creatine I can tell the difference it makes within half an hour. I cycle most days and there is a noticeable difference in my performance when I take Creatine 20 minutes before heading out, I'm 64 year old male.
