This Ashwagandha is a great product which seems to help me with clarity, sleep & just an overall calmness since taking the product. Since I switched all my supplement needs to British supplements I'd never use anyone else due to the quality & transparency of their products.

I’ve been using British supplements for a few years now, creatine for the gym & because it’s good for brain function, magnesium for my restless legs during and after pregnancy, vitamin d & c throughout my pregnancy and now ashwaganda, I’m not great at feeling the benefits at the time but I can say for sure there was a time I ran out of my magnesium capsules and I definitely felt the change, I ordered more and within two days my restless legs had gone away which was great! I’ve also not long started taking devils claw that’s helped great with my achey joints i was in agony for a few night started taking those and I’ve slept perfectly since! Honestly the best products oh I’ve also had maca root in the past the best ones I’ve had I used to get them from H&B when I didn’t know any better but the amount of ingredients in those is sickening! Thank you British supplements your amazing!!!
