Stem way too short

This won't fit on the majority of people. Only buy if you know you have thin cartilage. I really wish they had more length options for the stems, but I guess it was my fault for thinking this size would work. I couldn't even put the ball end on when the jewelry was in. The piece was cute though, just not wearable.
