The 16 gauge circular barbell is made from high polish grade 23 titanium (Ti 6Al-4V ELI ASTM F136) with external threading. Both 3mm ball ends are removable. These are available in high polish (silver color) only. Choose your size below.

Good piece except for the painful insertion

This is great if you don't plan to swap your jewelry often, but it hurts going in due to the external threading. My septum piercing has been healed for years but it felt irritated all day.
