Soul Ceramics kept me updated on the kiln order through out the process. when it was close to approximate delivery time, they were able to got a completion and ship date from Olympic Kilns. the kiln was shipped and delivered on the days that were promised. the kiln arrived in perfect shape & works great. i am very happy with the experience.
