A Kiln at Last!!

This kiln was a gift to my wife, who is the glass artisan. We had an Olympic Kiln in our house in St. Thomas, USVI but sold it with the house. I had no idea there would be a 10 month wait! We love our new kiln - slightly larger, switched from 110 to 240 volts which allows some options regarding body and/or top heat, got a “clamshell” option which makes for easier loading of some projects, and went with the solid state relays for longevity. Fortunately my wife has located her journal from St. Thomas so she’s not starting from ground zero. The few pieces she has fired in the last week has already generated some interest from local art shops. It was a VERY long time coming, but the delivery and end product were fantastic. Thanks!
