I've been a customer for years. I have so many empty tins of beard balm it's crazy. I recently ordered the sample pack of beard oils so I could try scents other than the ones I already love. When the package came in, one of the oil bottles had broken during shipping. I emailed them about what had happened and expected them to ask for photo evidence, but the owner emailed me back and said he already sent out a new sample pack. The new sample pack came in and nothing was broken during shipping. I was very happy with the whole transaction and will continue to be a die hard fan and customer.

Excellent value, not only does it help you choose which scent is best for you, you also get a decent amount of beard oil. My only complaint is that the stickers seem to peel and stick to each other; the labels could be upgraded.
