I use this Jelly Roll Pan for everything. It fits perfectly in my smaller convection oven. Roasting vegetables, baking salmon perfect. Also, easy clean-up.

Excellent weight, small jellyroll pan. . Performs like non stick. . Happy with purchase. . Only with there was a reasonably priced half sheet size. . Had to get that from AllClad
