I love my 2. 3 Quart Casserole with Lid. Following the directions for pre-heating has worked very well. As needed the cleaner works great as well for getting the shine right back.

We love the size as well as its’ ability to vapor cook. For two people it cooks asparagus spears, corn on the cob or whatever perfectly. We have the next size up as well and together they have become our go to pans as they make quick work of meal prep. Pairs beautifully with our induction cooktop.
