I purchased this as a Christmas gift for my son in law whose a big fan your the hats. The screen printing was so light you could barely make it out. It looked nothing like the one pictured on your website, not even close. And the material of the sweatshirt was extremely flimsy. I contacted customer service, and was told it due to variations in the printing process,which is a sorry excuse for an answer. I wanted to return it for a full refund, but was told I'd only getting a refund minus shipping costs and a restocking fee, ridiculous. Highly disappointed. And it's impossible to actually talk to anyone in customer service.

Super soft and cozy. My husbands new favorite hoodie. I want to order one for myself.
