I only have one regret about this T-shirt is not buying one for myself, as well. (so I claimed his shirt lol). It is super comfy and soft. You just wanna snuggle up in bed with it. I will absolutely be buying one anther one for him to have, 🤣. For Men: True to size, For women: if you want a little more formfitting shirt, I would suggest to size down one size
