Ordered from here many times. Not many places have specialized cuts of bison. I use flank steak in a Puerto Rican dish for someone who literally can't eat beef. The taste of bison is very similar, so it's a good substitute for beef, albeit much more expensive. It's still worth it.

Everything came well packaged and arrived fast! I marinated the flank steak and used for fajita meat and it was amazing!
