Good option for sports

We used this with the disk inside the nose. The 20g seems more like a 22g and the ball end is hardly bigger. Not even a chance of catching and ripping out at wrestling practice however it may fall out by itself. It fell out while my daughter was sleeping. We may use this for practice then switch to a regular nose ring at home. Still a good option to consider. Use a nail file to get the sharp end off the ball
