When I received my merchandise I was not happy with it The ball on the top to close it the threads don't grip well to the barbell The ball got loose within a matter of 3 minutes the the threading was off

Cheap quality, terrible purchase experience

I purchased this with the intention of pairing it with a cubic zirconia ball, also from Tulsa body jewelry. When they arrived, i found the two pieces were incompatible. This could not be discovered until I opened the jewelry and tried to put them together. When I emailed Tulsa body jewelry, they said it was "buyer beware", and that I should have read that this piece was 'externally threaded', and since I had opened the jewelry and they wouldn't be able to resell it, i had to keep it with no return options. They also do not sell compatible jewelry for ball I purchased. I wasn't aware 'externally threaded' was even an option. I've had my piercing for 10 years and have never seen anything like this. When I googled it, apparently, it's an older style of jewelry which is cheaper to make, but has been generally discontinued as it's less hygienic and can irritate piercings. I will never buy anything from this company again, terrible quality and bad business practices.
