I was skeptical purchasing a cabinet online without seeing it was a good idea but the piece was beautiful and couldn't be found locally. From the moment I ordered, text an email communication follow-up occurred. It wasn't excessive or filled with advertising, it just spoke to the status of the order and what I could expect. About two weeks out, they communicated the shipping plan and ways for me to reject it if i wasn't satisfied and they would take care of all returns. When it arrived, we were given the time to inspect and make sure it was in good condition and as ordered. I haven't installed the piece yet or been completely through it but the initial look at the construction quality and forward face the entire purchase exceeded my expectations. Very nice vanity. I got the backsplash which compliments it nicely. Depending on your plumbing, the shelves may need to be cut, but they are of great quality. Drawers open and close nicely! Highly recommended.

Arrived without any problems and right on time as planned.The vanity is beautiful and well made . I’ve gotten many compliments on it. I would definitely order from Chans again.
