The lamps we received appear to be of good quality. We ordered these for stock so have not yet used any of them.

I was told by BulbAmerica's service rep that this would be the replacement lamp for my ETC Source Fours. It was not! I had to return the order (ordered 14 bulbs). Obtained a Return Goods Auth. Waiting at this time for my credit card to be refunded. I don't feel I should be charged a restocking fee since I relied on BAD ADVICE from BulbAmerica.
