I left my apartment # off the order but left a message on the order page immediately;(1 minute after ordering). Tried to intercept package but it was returned). Contacted your company a second time (Legacy?) and a ticket was started. That was several days ago. I have heard nothing and still do not have my order. I realize the omission on the address was my fault but you were notified 1 minute after the order was placed and as of today I have no idea what the status of my order.
