There was no plunger included. I filed a support ticket.

Better off buying a whole new machine on Amazon then buying a replacement part through the company!!

It was super expensive for what it was. It didn’t even include the plunger part. The amount I paid for the replacement part, I could have purchased a complete new machine on Amazon for. Plus I would have received it 10 times faster!

It was great but I only needed the gasket so I give 5 stars for sending me that but a zero for the whole full chute assembly the whole thing cost me 60.00 dollars to include shipping.disappointed I bought mine in 2011
