Worst customer service EVER

I bought a square fire place ring that took Months to get, so I contacted customer service and they rever wrote back, when they did they don’t help and did not give any discount for the inconvenience.... it was my first and last time I buy something from Blue Sky .

Shipping is an issue

I’m waiting on my 3rd ring to be delivered. The 2 previous were mangled by UPS. Spots of the enamel finish had popped off. It looks like impact of mishandling the product during shipping. I’m still waiting on the labels to return the previous damaged two rings. Blue Sky is inspecting and putting on a pallet this time. I’ll keep my fingers crossed that this finally works. I don’t blame Blue Sky, I believe the responsibility falls on UPS at this point.
