They will issue a coupon for a discount at some point in the year. I bought my tent in November, and in December a coupon came out. They did not issue any amount of refund. The tent is fine, I leave it setup all year and I got 3 years out of it before the canvas ripped. It's a tent, I'd expect it fall apart at some point.
