The cushion is amazing and really good quality materials. Our issue was with the delivery. We recently moved and accidentally had our old address on the googlepay details. As soon as we pressed enter to pay we realised and messaged them within 10 minutes to say we had the wrong address and can they amend it. We recieved no response until after the delivery had already happened. Lucky they sent it with royal mail and we could divert the delivery to a local post office and we still had ID for that address. When we recieved an email, there was no apology, just a standard email saying try the neighbours and see if it was delivered there. We were really disappointed the address could not be amended within 10 minutes after ordering. A lot of people would accidently do that I am sure. I would give 5 star if there was an option to review address and delivery etc at the time of ordering and after if we could amend.
