Great for beginners

I got these to learn how to knit in the round with, they knit well but your stitches aren't sliding off on accident! Also these things are indestructible

Mixed material

I really like using these needles the metal hip is perfectly pointed and the joint is seamless. The shaft is grippy enough to hold onto even slippery yarn for me. They are a perfect combination and I wish I had them in all sizes.

I can only compare them to the ones I was using in the context of what I was using them for. Sock knitting. The karbonz have a longer, sharper tip. The sharper more slender tip is deeply appreciated in trying to make my first socks! The cost takes my breath away but I plan to do a lot of sock knitting in the future so I paid it.
