PURE Vitality Package

Great juicer, but unexpected costs added during ordering.

The pure juicer is a great, high-quality machine. The shipping was fast. The cleaning is much easier than with a normal juicer, but it was good advice from the company to place it near the sink, and it needs a lot of space. The process of ordering was quite confusing in various ways. And even though the price that it showed in the end was what we actually paid, it didn't point out what part was taxes and customs, and we thought there must be a mistake with the automatic currency translation from Doller to Euro. However, customer services clarified (politely but not very compassionately) that there was no mistake. We ordered the juicer to Europe (Austria) and taxes and customs cost us almost the same as the juicer itself! So, we ended up a bit disappointed that there were no better offers for people outside the US. We expected more accommodations/arrangements in this regard from a company that is shipping worldwide. Unfortunately, there are no comparable products from any European company, as far as I researched.

Very good juicer the first one didn’t work. But Pure Juicer sent out another one. I was going to say that was ok I will just keep using my old Norwalk Juicer. Very glad that I didn’t go that route. I wanted an all stainless steel juicer and this one as far as I am concerned is the best. Thank you Pure Juicer.

We have used a Norwalk juicer daily for over 40 years; our new PURE Juicer produces the same wonderful juice while we enjoy the Pure design refinements !!! The cutter & feed tube among them!! No more cleaning chunks of veggies on the ceiling 😂🤣😂 Looking forward to years of enjoyment!
