Exceeds Expectations

I was lucky enough to catch the booties on sale. I special ordered the walker booties with a smaller heal. They arrive within a reasonable timeframe. The quality is there, and they are exactly what I was hoping for. It does take some TLC to brake them in. I find them true to size.

The compliments are non-stop, everywhere I wear these booties…the live theatre, parties, church…. I should receive a commission from BaliElf for the business I’m driving their way!$. Oh, and they’re very comfortable, the leather smooth and soft. I will have to apply a heel grip inside the shoe as the back of my foot tends to slip a little though. But I love them!!!❤️

Worth to wait

I was very reluctant to buy such expensive shoes online but based on the reviews I decided to take the chance and I am so glad I did. I wear a 7 or 7.5 normally and the size chart unfortunately led me astray as it suggested I get a size 8. Since I prefer snug fitting shoes I went with a 7.5. They were huge so I exchanged them and ended up with a 6.5. I was relieved the returns are shipped within the states so shipping costs were minimal. I did have to wait quite a while for the new shoes to arrive, but Sophia in customer service was exceptional! She was super helpful and responsive, and the shoes are worth the wait. They are beautiful, fit perfectly, and are super comfortable. I highly recommend them!
