Best Vegan Cookies

I've been trying a lot of gluten free, vegan cookies lately looking for my favorite and these have to be the best I've tried. So close to what I remember normal cookies taste like. These and the mint cookies are to die for. I was so shocked at how amazing your cookies are. It's not missing anything, just perfection. I never thought I would ever have a cookie this good again.
