Blithe Doll Dress

A beautiful little dress

Excellent pattern. I added a little extra, to the back, and reshaped it to fit the curve of the doll’s back then put in an invisible zip. I made four different variations straight after each other, as I enjoyed making it so much.

I struggled to figure out the pattern and finally realized I cut out the short version of the outer skirt of the blouse. I love the end result and loved sewing it. I had a little hat that fit just right for the pattern and the fabric I used.

I think this is so cute. I haven't had time to actually sew it yet but I am looking forward to it.
