Third Times a Charm

I received my order of Stikwood and upon unpacking, I noticed several pieces had "un-natural" damage. I took pictures and sent them to Stikwood along with an explanation of what I received. I was sent some replacement pieces. When I opened the second package, I found I was sent the wrong color. I received a third shipment that was the correct color and all seemed to be in good condition. On another note, I found the product to be quite a bit darker and more red than the sample I was originally sent; although all were labeled as " Reclaimed Natural"

Cheapquality rip off

My sticks arrived, the longest one was cracked and 3 others had holes, flimsy. There was only one 4 foot piece and others a foot long or less
