resubmitting my previous 2-star review

I initially had a lot of trouble with my order. However, props to stikwood who went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They sent me another box and it is in great shape. You don't see customer service like this very often. If you aren't happy about something w/ your order, don't be afraid to speak up; they truly want to make sure you're a happy customer.
