Shipping took much longer than stated, no response from customer service!

I ordered this for a specific trip to Potato Lake, and I considered the stated delivery timing and I timed it so that there was a big window of arrival for the gift to arrive in time. THE SHIPPING TOOK MUCH LONGER. So long that the gift did not arrive in time for it's intended purpose. I emailed customer service multiple times throughout awaiting arrival, and never got a reply. I would like a refund but still no reply, I even reached out via Instagram. POTATO PARCEL EMPLOYEES DO YOU EVEN EXIST????

SUCH a unique gift to give which I am all about! Inspired from having rec’d an anonymous potato parcel many years ago that simply read “from your spud” that was from my youngin’! ♥️ The recipient could barely tell me about her birthday potato parcel from me without laughing! I had it sent with a cute ol’ pic of she and I! Mission accomplished! ♥️🤣
