Got this for my husband for our anniversary he loved it.

There were a few issues with my order that left me disappointed. I ordered several beef jerky bouquets for different friends. Only one included the recipient’s name on the enclosed card. All of the bouquets arrived without any note or indication that it was from me which I wrote a message to each recipient, which was never added to any of the orders, so I had to call the recipient to ask if they had received it. A tad bit embarrassing. I also ran into a shipping issue. Because I paid with Apple Pay, my address was automatically entered as the shipping address. I called customer service to have it corrected, and the representative made the change. During the conversation, I asked if the company was located in Vista, since that’s what your website states. He insisted that the company was NOT in Vista or even San Diego. That was confusing and concerning because your website clearly lists a Vista address, yet your own employee told me otherwise. Between the missing gift messages, and the confusing information about your business location, the overall experience was disappointing. Because of these issues, I probably would not order from your company again.
