My Favorite Mustard

Not only do I enjoy the look of the mullti colored lacey fingered leaves, the delicate horseradish flavor is undeniably tempting when I visit this horseradish in the garden. I always end up chewing some as I wander through, great on a sandwich!! Quite easy to grow, started mine in late summer and it's still going strong even after recent below zero temps (9 degrees one morning) Plan to try early spring planting in 2022.
