Wagyu Chuck Roast

While thawing my first roast, it became obvious that there was a hole in the packaging as the amount of myoglobin all over my refrigerator was substantial. I could not trust the safety of the meat and discarded it. I have not tried to cook the second roast at this time. I had submitted this concern on an earlier review but no follow up was done…this was surprising since Lone Mtn Wagyu is a quality company.
