Great pool cue just tip broke off when taking the rubber protector on the yip

Loved the cue loved the way it feels I. My hand with the grip and I’ve been playing great with it the cue tip did break off but it’s not an issue cause I can repair them but overall great cue came in straight nothing wrong it it just was user error when the tip broke lol
