I'm very happy with the stand, but not for dual use of tablet and book

I'm very happy with the tablet stand, but it's too much of a bother to keep swapping out the tablet holder for the book holder. I tried using just the book holder and then trying to also use it for the tablet, but that's not a good idea, so I don't use the book holder at all. I wish you had a single holder to adapt between book and tablet.

Excellent product -- takes a little getting used to with positioning and the limited swivel of the actual book holder. But design for holding a book, even heavy hardback, is terrific. The large screws are clever and work pretty well-- but you need to have quarters on hand to tighten them:):)--- BUT they work really well! Again, great design! Highly recommend , and "customer service "response is exceptional.

In my previous review I noted that the Refurbished stand was sturdy and looked like new but I gave only a two star review because I had ordered a tablet stand and received a book stand. Since then I have had a conversation with Erica at the Levo store and she quickly organized a tablet holder to be sent to me. I’ve had frequent interactions with Erica in customer service and she is wonderful and has answered all my questions quickly. So I am changing my rating to five stars both because of the excellence of the product but also because of the excellence of the customer service which during this pandemic is rare indeed.
