The Russian Tie Formula by Dan Vallimont

Great series on the "Russian" and more.

This series is great. I've always favored the "Russian," but as a jiujitsu player, my knowledge of what could be done off this position is limited. After just watching once, I've already picked up some many useful things. From takedowns to mat work, this series probably has something for every grappler.

Outstanding Video Series!

I had the opportunity to learn and develop my technique with the Russian Tie while training with my varsity wrestling team in University. Dan’s video series served as an excellent resource to build on my previous learning opportunity and gain additional entries and variations of the technique. While the video is clearly geared toward wrestling, the transition of the technique into an MMA and/or BJJ capacity is seamless. Absolutely a worthwhile investment!

well worth it

dan give a simple chain of attacks that are pretty low risk and easy to remember/execute. he does a good job explaining and gets straight to business. most of what he teaches is applicable to Bjj, great value if you get it on the daily deal like I did
