Love the chair, customer service not so much

Great chair. I contacted customer service and it took several emails and a call just to get a curt response back from Lawn Chair USA. I really want to use LCUSA but having polite, professional customer service would be nice

I need a chaise lounge to match! Could have a deeper seat, but all in all it's an excellent chair.

This chair is sturdy and the right size for me. Happy we got the larger size chair. Comfort and well made.
