Absolute Perfection

First, I’ve purchased several hats from W&W over the past few years and absolutely love Orlando Palacios’ design and craftsmanship. The Leo Carillo Montecristi is number five in my straw/Panama hat collection. By far the best quality and workmanship of all my other hats. I purchase the “master” quality and it exceeds the super fino and fino fino of both other hat brands I own. The weave is impeccable, rope head band simple, classy and a perfect match for the style. The soft, pliable sweatband made with the same quality workmanship as the rest of the hat. As soon as I received it a popped in a feather and have been wearing it daily in the SW Florida sun. Most importantly, W&W customer service is FIRST CLASS. I’m a firm believer in establishing relationships with tailors, barbers, clothiers and, yes, bartenders. I had the opportunity to speak at length with Shirley who was absolutely delightful to work with. Our long phone conversation about what Panama would work best with a summer suit I’ll be wearing for an upcoming event ended with my purchase of a Montecristi Patron. I now have a special relationship with my hatter. Looking forward to meeting the staff when in town next month. I’m CERTAIN I’ll have a hat box in tow when I leave.
