Homburg - Black

Amazing experience

This black homburg was intended as a gift for an older gentleman nearing his end of life. He had wanted one for a long time im told. The hat arrived with special overnight shipping in time to bring a great ammont of happiness to him. He wouldn't take it off in his Last days. The quality of this product was entirely 1st class it is beautiful craftsmanship. The only issue was my own fault in my ordering I kept making errors with the shipping address and the billing address. The people were very responsive via email and phone to help me remedy these problems. I Typically I only write reviews when I'm unhappy with the service or product, so writing this review is extra indicative of how wonderful the product is and truely more importantly how good the service was helping me fix and refix my order to get it sent and delivered on time. Thank you for great service and the hat was perfect.
